// wi-fi qr code · free · no account

Let guests join your Wi-Fi with one scan.

Stop spelling out "capital T, underscore, zero…" A Wi-Fi QR code lets any modern phone join your network the moment the camera sees it. Ours is generated entirely in your browser — your password is never uploaded anywhere, and the printed code works forever.

How it works

1️⃣

Enter network + password

Type your network name (SSID) and password into the generator. It never leaves your browser — check the network tab if you're curious.

2️⃣

Download the code

Free 1024px PNG is plenty for a framed table card or laminated sign. Pro adds print-shop SVG and your logo in the center.

3️⃣

Print it once, forever

Guests scan with their normal camera app and tap "Join network." The password is inside the pixels — no server, nothing to expire, ever.

Wi-Fi QR questions

Does it work on iPhone and Android?
Yes. Both camera apps natively recognize Wi-Fi QR codes (iOS 11+ and essentially all Android versions) and prompt "Join network" with one tap. No app needed.
Is it safe to put my password in a QR code?
The code contains exactly what you'd tell a guest out loud. Only someone physically scanning your printed code gets it — same trust level as the chalkboard behind the counter, but with zero typos. And because we generate it locally, we never see your password at all.
What if I change my Wi-Fi password?
Generate a new code (still free, takes 20 seconds) and reprint. Tip for cafés and rentals: set a guest network with a password you rarely rotate.
Will the code stop working like other "free" QR codes?
No — that trick only works on codes that route through the provider's server. Ours are static: the Wi-Fi details are physically encoded in the image. Here's how the expiring-QR trap works and why it can't happen here.
